Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben bei Ankunft ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und haben ein Zimmer direkt am Pool bekommen. Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fue el tamaño de la habitación, creo que es demasiado pequeña y un tanto agobiante sobre todo considerando el precio del alojamiento. Employés à peine agréables à l'arrivée, c'était mieux le lendemain avec la jeune fille du départ. Mon fils de 9 ans traînait péniblement sa petite valise, personne ne lui a proposé son aide à l'arrivée. Il a fallu que je tire les 2 valises dans les rues en pente avec la réceptionniste qui trottait devant. Piscine fermée pour cause de covid, petit dejeuner en chambre, donc pas de buffet varié. Il a fallu négocier une baisse de tarif, qui bien sûr n'était pas proposée d'emblée. Nous devions avoir une chambre familiale de 50 M2, elle ne faisait même pas 20m2\. La sdb est ridiculement petite et inondée dès qu'on prend une douche. Le minibar ne fonctionnait pas, c'est sans doute pour cette raison qu'ils nous ont laissé un libre accès à son contenu. Nous étions ravis de quitter cet établissement qui est loin de valoir les 4 étoiles qu'il revendique. Pero ya estando en Santorini encontré que hay Varios hoteles mucho mejores que este por el mismo precio, no hay vista a la caldera, habitación bastante cerrada, es un hotel pequeño. It's located in the central area of Santorini (Oia), right next to the 3 blue domes. However, be mindful that this area can get very crowded in the evenings when all visitors from other areas & cruises come to see the sunset. This is a small hotel with a pool. The hotel is kept clean. However, I don't think it's worth the money spent, fairly expensive compared to the facilities offered. No breakfast, internet did not work for the most part which was annoying. I bought data on my phone but even that would stop working once I enter hotel's premises, no signal. Another downfall was the way the room was set up. Bed is set up in a bunk bed setting. I bumped my head few times going up the stairs. You have to pretty much kneel down to go to your bed, quite literally. However, some drawbacks of the hotel I could not overlook. The WiFi was terrible and the power often went out in the evening. My room was infested with fruit flies and one more type of flying insect. It seemed they came from somewhere in the bathroom -shower drain or vent. I killed more than I can count, and they just kept coming. This problem existed at check in until check out, no food was left open either. We were stuck on a different island and were unable to make our stay here. We informed the hotel a day in advance that this very likely could happen. They not only refused to refund us in any way; they called and woke us up the night of what would be our stay to clarify once again that we would not be coming. Given all the confusion with vacationers being grounded on various islands I believe it’s because they wanted to turn around and sell our room and therefore make double income on it. Nella strada principale della cittadella. Pur affacciandosi sulla strada la nostra camera era molto silenziosa. L’hotel non è dotato di parcheggio ma a 500 mt c’è un parcheggio a pagamento (con prezzi tutto sommato in linea con quelli italiani) e un parcheggio gratuito nel quale si trova sempre posto dalle 22 in poi. Il personale è stato fantastico, sempre disponibile per spiegazioni e prenotazioni. La stanza era molto spaziosa e super pulita. Il letto è comodissimo e tutta la biancheria di alta qualità. È assolutamente in linea con molti 4 stelle superior italiani.
