We were supposed to stay at Mediterranean White but they were remodeling and sent us to the Imperial Med, hotel which was 4 stars not the 5 stars we paid for, the little apartment was two levels not ideal for a family with children, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the three days we stayed there, the TV had like 5 channels and started glitching after a few minutes of use.
We are so disappointed with Expedia because we were never informed that we won’t be staying at the hotel booked and paid for. I am a gold member and expect better service. Not sure I will keep using Expedia in the future.
