We got an early check-in which was awesome since we arrived at 9 a.m. And check-out was easy and quick. We checked out at 6 a.m. since we had an early flight. The gentleman was on time to carry our luggage to the car. Georgios (George) provided us with his mobile number, we were able to communicate with him fast and easy. He also recommended a few locations… restaurants, beaches, tours, etc… The service was great! The staff, including the driver, are polite, helpful and so kind. We had an amazing stay here. We stayed in the Grey suite which was spacious, private, and had the best views of all of Santorini including the caldera, Oia, Staros Rock, and much more. The sunsets were clear from our private balcony and incredible. The location was conveniently close to the main square of Fira with access to all kinds of shops, restaurants and the transportation hub for the rest of the island. We had a private hot tub on our balcony. We were also treated to an included breakfast each morning with all types of croissants, pastries, omelets and more. George, who manages the hotel, was an extremely hospitable host. He was able to set up great excursions and activities for us. This was truly a magical place and well worth it.
