The accommodation itself is well located and clean. However, Dior's support is the best. Even if you do not prepare for the trip in advance, she helps you with recommendations for restaurants and reservations in the area, and she also provide information and help with reservations for tours. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the view from the room, we saw the sunrise from our private balcony ever my morning. Everything about this hotel was wonderful and well thought through. Everyone welcomed us with enthusiasm + gave us some recommendations on what to do/where to go since we did arrive in late Nov and many things were closed. They weren’t too bad and the shower/sauna was amazing. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work and for sure thought we were going to break the latter going into the pool but luckily we’re giants so we could step out without using the latter.
