Within 40 square meters, the house offers a comfortable bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower, and a spacious private yard. Although it’s located in the very centre of the village, the house is tucked away in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and planning your exploration of Santorini.

The Space

The house covers 40 square meters, and the private yard adds another 15 square meters with a hot tub — ideal for enjoying a glass of wine under the stars.

The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. The living room includes a sofa bed, a 32-inch smart Android TV with Netflix, YouTube, international news and sports apps, and free games (please note there’s no satellite TV).

Being so close to the center, the house enjoys one of the fastest internet connections in Santorini — perfect for remote work or uploading your holiday photos in seconds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, oven, and espresso machine. The bathroom offers a rain shower with hot water available at all times.

The private house in the heart of Oia is located approximately 17 kilometres (25 minutes away) from Santorini Airport and 20 kilometres (40 minutes away) from the main port.

During the summer season, local buses run every 20 minutes, making it easy to reach Fira — the island’s capital — and from there you can take another bus to all the famous beaches, such as Kamari, Perissa, and the Red Beach.

If you plan to rent a car, please note that finding free parking in Oia can be challenging, just like in most parts of Santorini, especially during sunset hours. However, there are paid parking lots available within a 4–5 minute walking distance from the house.
