This hotel was in a great location, walking distance from many shops, restaurants and supermarkets in all different directions! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating…I plan to go back to Santorini next year and will definitely be booking here again!

A little gem of a hotel close to Thira

A little gem of a hotel. Close to central Thira around 5 minutes from the central bus station but in a surprisingly quiet location. Lovely grounds. Spacious rooms. Immaculately clean. The pool is small but adequate. We will definitely stay again.

We like to stay in Anessis hotel. Few reasons,:big room enough for family, convenience , everything just few minutes away from hotel, bus terminal.,Fira centre, taverns, bakery… And a big bonus is swimming pool!!! Very helpful stuff! Next time we will stay again there.

Nice little hotel

Nice little hotel. Very friendly service, big room with fridge and kettle (but no mirowave). Few hundred meters from city centre, quiet place. We looked at sunrise, the view from the hotel is beautiful, you can see the sea. Only minor detail is that you walk to the centre via non-paved parking place, where are sometimes a lot of tourist buses.

everything we needed.

We loved our stay here at Anessis while we were in Santorini. They offered taxi service for a fee (we usually take buses but the timing wouldn't work out for our flight arrival time). They were dependable and had it scheduled for us and the owner was there to meet us! The couple who own it are lovely and front desk girl speaks English to assist with other stuff. Clean, modern bathroom. It was walking distance to the "city center" of Fira and super close to the bus station if you plan on using that. Great price for location and quality of hotel! We are sensitive to cars driving by and you could hear the cars but with ear plugs, no problem. Other people may not even hear the cars passing by!

Great place close to caldera views. Pool is a huge plus! A bit noisy from road traffic and music from town at night but worth it. Staff was awesome and very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was AMAZING! Superb facilities, lovely pool, great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff - saw the owner everyday, he always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooms have been modernised but still have Greek character. AC was superb too, beds comfy and a lovely rainfall shower. Location excellent also - 5min walk into Thira centre.

Joli hôtel tenu par un couple gentil et réactif. Les chambres donnant sur l’arrière sont assez calmes et permettent d’assister (pour les lève-tôt) au lever du soleil. L’hôtel est situé à 10/15 minutes (tout en montée !) du centre de Fira, proche de la station principale des bus desservant les principaux points de l’île. Attention néanmoins : il faut traverser des routes très passantes (celle longeant l’hôtel offre peu de visibilité). La piscine bien qu’assez petite est bien agréable pour se rafraîchir et les transats sont confortables. La nuit, les échos d’une boîte de nuit se font un peu entendre même dans les chambres à l’arrière, j’imagine que les chambres donnant sur la route sont d’autant plus exposées au bruit. Petit bémol: une gestion un peu curieuse et parcimonieuse des produits de toilette. Sur les 3 petites bouteilles de gel douche/shampooing présentes à mon arrivée (pour 4 nuitées), une avait été retirée par la femme de chambre dès le lendemain (pourquoi ??) Bien que le stock ait été épuisé le 3ème jour, il m’a fallu aller réclamer un réassort. J’ajoute que la présence d’un après-shampooing serait appréciable. Un transfert pour l’aéroport est proposé pour 25€/pers (tarif dégressif), pratique si l’on veut s’épargner de porter ses valises jusqu’au bus, mais cher compte tenu du fait que le trajet dure 10mn tout au plus. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner et ne peux donc commenter cette prestation. Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. À recommander
