"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. ADDITIONAL charge for airconditioner at 500 pesos a night (pricey, considering it was only used at night) 2. Lots of mosquitoes 3. Toilet flush handle is broken (shared/common area bathroom) 4. "No one assists us on the property which is understandable because it was holy week. We also thought that its not safe because no caretaker on the property but overall it was a good stay. It is near the highway and convenient to all resto and store."

"Had a wonderful vacation at this Air B& B. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Room service was every 4 x days. No TV but we had laptop so we were able to connect to Netflix. Will defiantly stay here again."
