This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Great hotel, clean, good amenities (lovely spa and lounge areas), big stylish room (comfort double with balcony) and helpful staff. Large amount of breakfast options as well - perfect start for our Alta Via 2 trek.
