On the ground floor there is a small apartment and utility rooms (garage, central heating with laundry, pantry and storage room), another apartment is on the first and second floors. Outside there is ample parking and a large fully functioning barbecue. The 44 sqm Mini-apartment has 2 glass doors and 2 windows, it includes a large table with a corner bench and a small sofa, a traditional wood-burning oven (stube), a sofa bed, a kitchenette, two chests of drawers and an antique iron oven. The 5.5 sqm bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, sink, shower and window. The kitchenette is complete with sink and stove, with plates and glasses, crockery, pots and cutlery Guests will have access to the mini-apartment on the ground floor and all outdoor spaces with the use of the barbecue. The wood-burning oven inside can be used only after having received adequate instructions on its lighting.
