Welcome to Our Apartments!  
  
Located in a secure residential complex with just 5 buildings, each housing 6 apartments, our community offers a cozy and convenient stay.  
  
The apartment is modern and has all new furnisher and electric appliances all you need.  
  
New Administracion excellent service!  
2 Air conditioners and 2 Televisions in the livingroom and the master bedroom. We have a queen sized bed two nights tables and a crib in the master bedroom and , a full size bed in the secondary bedroom, and one twin bed and one bunk bed in the third bedroom.  
  
There is a power inverter in the rare case that power goes out.  
  
We also have a water heater for each bathroom, which is turned on through a switch.  
  
The bathrooms is fully equipped with towels and bedsheets if needed as by the client.  
  
The kitchen has a stove with an oven, all the kitchen utencils including dining utencils, cups, pots, pans, microwaves and a coffee machine.  
  
You can enjoy your meals on the 6 seat dinning table.  
You can feel free to use all spaces inside the apartment, nice and comfortable and very clean and space with easy access inside of the residential and easy going to all the city National District.  
  
Nearby, you’ll find shopping centers and restaurants, with transportation routes just a block away at affordable prices. The train station is only 5 minutes away for quick travel, and Boca Chica Beach is a 30-minute drive.  
  
Feel free to enjoy all the amenities within the spacious, clean, and accessible apartments. You’ll have full access to the property, with on-site staff available daily from 8 AM to 6 PM and 24-hour security for your peace of mind.  
  
Supermarkets are conveniently located around the residence, and many offer free delivery to your apartment. The Liverpool Supermarket is right across from the complex, and Bravo and Ole supermarkets, along with La Sirena shopping center, are just minutes away.  
  
For dining, there are various karaoke and lively restaurants nearby, including Restaurant a la Parrilla el Furgon. Transportation options abound; minibuses and taxis are readily available, with the train station just 2 minutes away and the cable car 5 minutes away. The cable car offers stunning panoramic views of the capital for under a dollar.  
  
You’ll also find Mega Centro, one of the largest shopping centers, as well as entertainment parks like the Botanical Garden, Zoological Park, and El Mirador Norte nearby.
