"The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. "Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms. Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. "I was traveling with my son and a friend, and this home was a perfect location for us to fairly quickly get to all of the island. The home was quite clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs. The only reason that I gave the location 4 stars and not 5 was that it was rather close to the highway. My son thought it provided the perfect amount of white noise."

"The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. "This was a fantastic place to stay if you want a hotel accommodations but space for family. The bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The kitchen area was convenient for snacks,drinks and morning breakfast and heating up leftovers. The morning breakfast in the dinning area in the loby was peefect. Be sure to order off the menu too!! The balacony was nice to sit and people watch with a glass of wine or beer that you can buy at the grocery downstairs. Jason at the front desk was patient, helpful and very accommodating to your needs. He always had answers to your questions. Laura was funny, delightful and made the BEST recommendations for local places to eat dinner. The wait staff and cleaning staff were extremely kind and did a great job daily. The location is in the heart of the pier and at the center of local Punta Delgada life. Walk behind the hotel for shopping cafes and sightseeing traditional cobblestone streets. The hotel is only a short drive to numerous beautiful senic places and rural attractions. Get a taste of all that the Azores have to offer with the best choice of places to stay. Overall 5+ stars for a best experience at a hotel/apartment. Do not hesitate to stay here. "

"Great hotel with a fantastic staff! Firstly, the location is fabulous – right in the heart of Ponta Delgada and close to all the main attractions. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, which made exploring the area so convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, which was an added bonus. The breakfast was fantastic – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was important for us. We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely stay again next time we're in Ponta Delgada. Highly recommend!"

"Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private island! Must stay! "
