8.8/10 Excellent! (13 reviews)
We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. We woke up during the night and could smell the sewage. The place was ok other than the terrible smell, There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or microwave in our room.

We were exhausted and jet lagged and late with all of our check in and check outs and the staff was super kind and understanding. Beautiful landscaping and bungalows.

8/10 Very good! (952 reviews)
"Overall, I was disappointed with our stay. We moved to a different hotel after our original reservation was done. The hotel is close to La Ciudad de Viejo, which is nice. The breakfast was good, located on the roof, with a good view and a terrace. There was a working sauna. The things I didn't like ..."
