No hay buenas opciones de restaurantes. El departamento ubicado en el 5to piso es amplio aunque el 2do dormitorio con 2 camas individuales para niños es correcto pero para adultos es muy chico. La TV de ese dormitorio debería estar en el living. Ahí es imposible usarla. Se nota que ya tiene varios años por lo que necesita una actualización, por ej. la cocina es vieja y las griferías de los baños necesitan renovación urgente. Ambos baños cuentan con bañera. Deberían cambiarlas por box al ras del piso. Las bañeras son inseguras para personas adultas o con dificultades motoras. El amplio balcón está cerrado con grandes ventanales que lo convierten en otro ambiente pero los vidrios estaban muy sucios.
