Hotel location is great. Conveniently located in walking distance to many local attractions, mostly within 30 min walk. Subway is just next door if one likes to travel with subway. Hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable too.

I absolutely love this hotel. My manager of the front desk is extremely helpful with some of my needs since I am there for work. Every time I came by him he asked me if everything was all right, if I needed anything. His English is excellent! Not everybody who works there speaks English but they all care to be very helpful. I love things to say at this hotel every time I am in Santiago!

Conveniently located, helpful staff, room and amenities were as described. Our room had a nice view overlooking the library and Santa Lucia Hill. However, our key cards malfunctioned frequently, and this seemed to be a common problem for other guests as well.
