Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
We arrived and were surprised the building was not as depicted in the exterior photo in the ad. The building shown as the exterior is actually the view. This building is older and more run down. Once we were in the room, we also noticed differences. There was a tangled mess of wires under the tv. The furniture on either side of the couch (and the bed) were different/worse. But what actually drove us to leave and find other accommodations was the smell. It had a horrible smell of stale cigarettes trying to be covered up by copious amounts of perfume. I had a headache within 15 minutes. We ended up paying for two places for the same nights. I cannot understand how this place has such a high guest rating. Avoid it! My husband says I’m being too polite and he would have been harsher but this is my very dissatisfied/angry response to this experience.
