"This hotel is more like a boutique hotel with the amenities of a major one. The person at the front desk was very welcoming and offered information on what to do and places to visit. We even got the room earlier than expected. Very detailed oriented and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near the cathedral, cafes and shopping area. The rooms are immaculate and in great condition. Definitely a place to be. "

"I had 2 reservations for 2 different stays over the course of 4 days/nites. Both rooms were immaculate. The first room was great, but there was a lot of street noise in the verrry early morning. The staff took care of that issue by giving me a backside room for the next reservation. Issue resolved. Maria, Alvaro, Ons and Cristina (staff) were so nice, answered all my questions w/ a smile, and knew their city well. Kudos to them. As for breakfast, it’s the typical breakfast of the region: local fare and plenty of it and well presented. Don’t expect bacon n eggs, pancakes and the like. You’re in Galicia, so get with it, or…"

"Es terriblemente pequeño con una sola ventana. No es para una estadia de dos personas. Me dio claustrofobia. La cama no es la mas cómoda tampoco y no cabe ni las maletas con bultos bien. Para colmo no hay ni TV ni un teléfono para llamar a recepción. Despues de dos terribles noches que no pude dormir con ansiedad nos fuimos a otro hotel con comodidades para poder descansar aunque perdieramos el dinero porque me cobraron como quiera. El staff bien amable aunque solicite un cambio de habitación por esta aplicación y jamas nos contestaron. "
