### Estella Matutina Holiday Home for 10 People on the Seafront, Wi-Fi

Semi-detached holiday home Estella Matutina on the seafront with fantastic views of the open sea. The villa is located in the Es Fortí district, not far from Cala Egos. The sandy cove of Caló des Pou is a 400-meter walk away, and Cala Egos is 950 meters away. The center of Cala d'Or is 3 km away and offers a pedestrian zone with shops, cafes, pubs with live music, a variety of restaurants, and a lively nightlife. The Cala d'Or marina is 1.3 km away. You can stroll along the dock or dine on the terrace of a lovely restaurant overlooking the yachts moored there.  
  
The villa features a private pool, ample space for sun loungers, a covered terrace for al fresco dining with a built-in barbecue, and direct access from the property to the cliffs.  
  
Estella Matutina is a beautiful, three-story semi-detached house. On the ground floor are the compact kitchen and the living/dining area with access to the pool. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds, access to the covered terrace, and a bathroom. The first floor has three further bedrooms. Two of these share a bathroom, and one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a lovely terrace with breathtaking sea views. The fifth bedroom, with two single beds, an en-suite shower room, and its own terrace, also with spectacular sea views, is located on the second floor.
