This Mallorcan stone country house is surrounded by nature and rich vegetation, exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere and is suitable for anyone looking for a holiday with absolute privacy. Once inside, you will feel welcomed by a cosy and homely atmosphere. Villa S'Alzina has two floors distributed as follows: On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor offers another living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. From this floor, you can enjoy clear views of the countryside and partial views of the sea. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, 2 televisions (one in each living room), a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and necessary appliances, bed linen and towels, and much more. Villa S'Alzina is located on a private plot with a 50 m² swimming pool, a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, a brick barbecue area, a covered terrace, a bathroom with an outdoor shower. The villa has a ping pong table for fun playing. The exteriors invite you to enjoy the tranquil views of nature and the blue of the sea on the horizon. At 2 km or 5 minutes by car, there is a supermarket and just 650 m or 7 minutes on foot from the accommodation, there is a wide variety of restaurants with local specialities. If you want to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, you will find the bay of Cala d'Or with its turquoise blue waters and white sandy beaches just 5 km or 9 minutes by car. Several picturesque coves and beaches such as Cala Serena, Cala Sa Nau, Portocolom Beach, etc. can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. In approximately one hour by car, you can reach the island's capital, Palma, and its Old Town, the Cathedral of La Seu and other historical heritage that is undoubtedly worth visiting.
