The house has a practical room layout on two floors. On the ground floor are the living room with an open dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. On the upper floor is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The furnishings are kept simple and functional, so the focus is on coziness and comfort. The outdoor area invites relaxation with a private pool and a furnished terrace. A barbecue area offers the opportunity to enjoy mild summer evenings with a shared meal outdoors. The garden is surrounded by typical Mallorcan vegetation and provides a pleasant atmosphere to unwind. The property is completely fenced and has three parking spaces for vehicles.
