The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí can be reached in just 3 minutes by car or on foot in no more than 15 minutes. The house is built on stilts on a corner lot, the actual living area is on the first floor. A staircase leads from the garden to the entrance. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a bright living-dining area as well as a covered veranda that extends over two sides of the house. On the ground floor there is another bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. The remaining space under the house serves as a covered terrace with a large dining table and 6 chairs, two loungers and a chill area. The brick barbecue is located in a corner of the garden. All bedrooms and the living-dining room have air conditioning. The coin insertion device (1 € and 2 € coins) for operating the air-conditioning is located behind the front door on the wall. The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 950m from the house, the town of Santanyí 2,9km. There you will find numerous shops, two large supermarkets as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In about 6 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Also worth a visit is Cala d’Or with its white Ibizan-style houses and the hustle and bustle. Also absolutely recommendable is the wonderful kilometer-long white sandy beach Es Trenc, also easy to reach by car or maybe a visit to the stalactite caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Auch die Auswahl der Haushaltsgeräte ist sehr gut durchdacht. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden, sogar zwei Sonnenschirme für den Strandbesuch. Sehr netter Kontakt sowohl mit der Vermietung als auch mit dem Inhaber der Unterkunft. Der nahelegende Strand ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige und entspannte Umgebung in Son Moja. Ein weiteres und größeres Schneidebrett für die Küche. Der Türgriff von der Badezimmertür (oben) müsste mal etwas befestigt werden. Ein kleiner Tresor im Haus oder im Schrank wäre praktisch. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch waren ebenso vorhanden und ausreichend für mehrere Personen verfügbar. Die Kommunikation war super und freundlich, unsere Anliegen wurden sofort geklärt! Der Zugang zur Unterkunft war sehr einfach, über eine Schlüsselbox am Eingang.
