The beautiful sandy cove of Cala Egons, the center of Cala Egons with its shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as the exclusive marina of Cala D'Or, are all within 1 km. Ravell is a house built in the traditional Ibiza style with a private pool. A few steps lead from the garden to the covered terrace. From here, you enter the open-plan living/dining area with a wooden dining table and a cozy, rustic corner with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen offers breakfast facilities and has access to the utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine. Ravell has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing a separate bathroom. The covered terrace overlooks the pool area. The built-in barbecue is perfect for long evenings grilling. The rectangular pool offers refreshment on long, hot summer days. From the pool area, a few steps lead down to lawns. From here, a small, narrow path leads to the back of the property, and 200 meters away, you'll find a small, secluded rocky area where you can swim in the sea with a view of Porto Petro in the distance. Parking for one vehicle is available on the property. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which operates on a fixed and limited schedule. Very clean. The little pool was heaven as it was still pretty hot. The location is good, one can walk to the restaurants in Porto Pedro and we even hiked along the coast and via the nature reserve to Cala Figuera. It is close to Santanyi and several beaches. The place is well equipped for a party of 4\. For 6 people it would be good to have some more glasses, plates etc. and a bigger coffee machine. We had some problems with the dish washer and the coffee machine. The response time from the agency was amazing, everything was sorted the next day. Fantastic. The pool was fabulous and the place was a good size. As we stayed in a lot more large bowls would have been very helpful but otherwise very well equipped.
