About this property

Na Corme Nova by dracmallorca

  • This house was renovated from an old country house with a lot of charm. Respecting the previous aspect now has all the comforts of life today. It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a designer stove, a very large dining area and a huge and open living room with comfortable sofas. The porch is quite large with a wonderful barbecue. There is also a very large pool, a garden area with grass and palm trees. The house is located outside the town, in a very quiet situation, but only a few minutes drive to Calonge and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.



    In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed schedule (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used to heat all day and night at no extra charge.
