Spacious, two-story country house with a generous outdoor area and panoramic views. From the entrance, you enter a large living room with French doors leading to the terraces and pool area. The dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen. The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast table, a pantry, and access to the covered terrace. A utility room is located next to the kitchen. Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds pushed together. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an adjacent shower room. There is also a guest toilet.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It features a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. A staircase leads to two magnificent sun terraces, one facing east and the other west.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. Beneath the covered terrace is an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals, as well as a comfortable chill-out area to relax and unwind on summer evenings. A built-in barbecue is available for grilling. The large, refreshing pool is surrounded by a spacious panoramic terrace with sun loungers. Two fixed parasols provide additional shade beyond the covered terrace.

The ping-pong table is located in the garage.

tolle Finca für Familien

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, das Haus war prima, die Lage toll, lediglich einen Staubsauger vor Ort hätten wir uns gewünscht und die hohe Gebühr für ein zweites Reisebett und einen weiteren Hochstuhl fanden wir nicht ganz angemessen. Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!
