Super Lage der finca …. Sauberkeit im Haus … toller Pool …. Sehr guter Service der Agentur… sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal… Der Garten ist leider sehr verwahrlost…der sichtschutz um das Grundstück bietet leider keine Privatsphäre, gehört dringend erneuert…leider ist das Badezimmer nur teilweise renoviert, dass ist absolut keine Wertschätzung gegenüber der Gäste. Dies empfinde ich seitens der Eigentümer als Abzocke.

Wir haben zu zweit hier zwei wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Auf der überdachten Veranda ist immer Schatten und es geht dort auch immer etwas Wind, perfekt für die heißen Mittagsstunden. Der Pool ist schon fast unanständig groß... wer gerne schwimmt kann richtig Bahnen ziehen. Das Wasser kommt im ganzen Haus aus dem eigenen Brunnen und ist schon etwas versalzen, also nicht zum Trinken geeignet. Das Chalet ist daher perfekt für Pärchen, ggfs. auch mit einem größeren Kind.

Das Chalet Irene ist ein wahres Bijou! Wunderschöne Ausssenanlage, gut gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist spitze!!! War auch immer perfekt warm. Die Inneneinrichtung hat uns gut gefallen mit den Töpferwaren. Am Empfangskorb hatten wir sehr Freude Danke dafür!!! Die fehlenden Schneidenretter wurden schnell ersetzt. Hat super geklappt. Super fand ich auch den Kontakt über WhatsApp. Die Küchenutensilien prüfen. Es hat etwas wenig Kaffelöffel. Und die Schneidemesser dürften wieder einmal geschärft werden

Der Pool ist besonders schön und wenn die Mauer im vorderen Bereich des Pools einen neuen Anstrich bekäme wäre er noch schöner. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist bemerkenswert alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Schön wären Moskitonetze an Fenster und Türen.

Wir hatten wieder einmal mehr eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche im Chalet Irene.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Es wäre langsam an der Zeit wieder mal was in das Haus zu investieren. Vor allem in der Küche.Eine verrostete Geschirrwaschmaschine und beim Schubladen öffnen muss man aufpassen dass man nicht gleich die ganze Schublade in den Händen hat.Ansonsten zum selber Kochen super ausgerüstet.

Entspannter Urlaub

- ruhige Lage - kurze Entfernungen nach Santanyi und zum Meer - großes Grundstück mit herrlichem Pool - schöne, möblierte Terrasse - Grillplatz - unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermietung bei Problemen Auf der Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschutz wünschenswert. Die Inneneinrichtung ist teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt und könnte mal erneuert werden (besonders Badmöbel, Geschirrspüler, Sitzauflagen).

Familienurlaub im August 2022

Es war ein kleine Finca mit einem super Pool für Kinder und die ganze Familie. Vor dem Frühstück ein paar Bahnen schwimmen, super. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein fest installierter Ventilator wäre super. Das Standgerät ist doch sehr laut.

Schöne Finca für eine Familie

Die Finca liegt ruhig aber nah an Santanyi, viele schöne Strände sind in der Nähe. Man kann aber auch viel Zeit in dem riesigen Pool verbringen! Insgesamt eine schöne Finca für eine Familie! An einigen Stellen könnten Nachbesserungen erfolgen: Der Kühlschrank ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ersetzt werden. Auch einige Türen schließen nicht bzw. gehen wieder auf, wenn man lüftet. Die Spülmaschine hinterlässt auf allen Dingen einen Film, das liegt aber vermutlich am Wasser - daher ist selbst spülen die bessere Wahl :)

Nett, aber einfach

Toll waren der riesige saubere Pool und die hübsche Terrasse, wo meistens ein angenehmer leichter Wind ging und immer Schatten zu finden war. Das Grundstück war bis auf den gepflegten Pool und ein paar wenige grüne/bunte Beete in unmittelbarer Hausnähe eher verwahrlost. Wir konnten außerdem nicht zu Fuß nach Santanyi gelangen, weil auf der Straße im letzten Drittel links ein Grundstück von zwei sehr großen und wilden Hunden bewacht wurde... bei einem sehr schlecht befestigten Zaun!!!

Sehr schlechter Eindruck vom Chalet Irene

Das Chalet Irene liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ohne direkte Nachbarn. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Das Wasser wurde regelmäßig durch einen Poolservice kontrolliert. Die seitliche Terrasse ist gepflegt und gut möbliert. Das Haus ist sehr alt. Diesen Eindruck macht die komplette Inneneinrichtung. Vor allem die Küche ist unbedingt erneuerungsbedürftig. Zahlreiche Rostspuren findet man in den Schubladen (auch an den Griffen) oder in der Spülmaschine. Besteck, Gläser und Porzellan sind nach einem Spülgang in der Spülmaschine nicht sauber, trotz nachgefülltem Salz und Klarspüler. Der Elektroherd funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Die Kochutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen) sind ebenfalls uralt und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Auffallend war bei der Hausübernahme auch die unzureichende Reinigung der Küche. Fettspuren an den Schranktüren hätte der Reinigungsdienst sehen und beseitigen müssen. Absolut erneuerungsbedürftig ist auch das Bad. Herausgebröckelte Fugen, bzw. kein Glanz mehr auf den Fließen sind deutliche Abnutzungszeichen. Die Bodenfließen waren mal weiß. Jetzt sind sie mit Löcher übersät. Die aktuelle Farbe ist undefinierbar. Der Toilettenspülkasten füllt sich nach Nutzung nur langsam. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Hand- und Badetücher sind alt und trocknen kaum. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren ok. Die Schränke und Kommoden sind muffig. Hier kann man keine Kleidung ablegen. Der Geruch setzt sich sofort in den Klamotten fest. Das Haus hat k e i n e Klimaanlage. Offenbar ist das Flachdach auch nicht gedämmt. Wenn die Außentemperatur 30 Grad erreicht, dann ist eine schweißtreibende Nacht unvermeidbar. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß. Leider aber absolut ungepflegt. Nur ein schmaler Streifen zwischen Pool und Haus ist bunt bepflanzt und macht das Verweilen einigermaßen erträglich. Auf der anderen Poolseite sammelt sich Taubenkot, der vom Pooldienst nicht beseitigt wurde. Beim Schwimmen muss von dieser Längsseite Abstand halten. Fazit: Die Bilder vom Haus und der Außenanlage geben den tatsächlichen und angetroffenen Zustand nicht wieder.

Eine relaxte Woche im Chalet Irene

Gesamte Atmosphäre des Hauses ist sehr stimmig. Großzügige Terrassen. Bequeme Betten und gute Bettdecken / Kissen. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Gutes Bad mit gemauerter Dusche. Großer Pool. Haus wurde Sehr gründlich im Vorfeld gereinigt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Völlige Ruhe nachts - war herrlich. Es fehlen Kleiderhaken für Jacken oder auch im Bad sind zu wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten. Große Gläser und große Tassen sind zu wenig da. Es fehlt ein Pfannen Wender zb für Rührei. Sonst Ausstattung Küche sehr gut. Toiletten Papier und Kleenex Rolle sowie Spülmittel, Müllbeutel sollte ausreichend schon vorhanden sein. Pool im Mai noch sehr kalt. Schlafzimmer Türen sind stark verzogen / quietschen nachts beim öffnen / schließen daher recht laut.
