This area is also ideal for lunch or a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors. The interior of the house, which is on the ground floor, is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, which has air conditioning, a smart TV, satellite channels and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook in comfort. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
