It is ideally located, 5 min walk from the pedestrian center of the city with its many restaurants, bars, shops and taxi ranks. However I do have to mention the water leak damage literally just before our stay resulting in damage furniture, doors and door frames. The location of both units, access to the very safe beach, shared pool, Cala d'Or's restaurants, marina and facilities is great but without a car Cala d'Or might not be the easiest base from which to explore the island. The star of the holiday is probably Florence who just makes things so straight forward and sorts out issues, communicates and meets you at arrival so everything is a trouble free experience leading to a great holiday. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach genial, direkt am Strand, Centrum direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem ruhig. Florence hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns schon vor der Anreisen z.B mit der Mietung eines Kinderwagens geholfen. Einfach sympathisch und unglaublich hilfsbereit. ##### Achim V. The beach was just a short walk and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. Florence was an excellent host and maintained great communication. Die Küche hat alles im Inventar, was zum Kochen für 4 Personen benötigt wird. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft mit Meerblick gelegen, zur Bucht gibt es einen direkten Zugang und einen Pool auf dem Gelände.
