The vacation apartment "Felipe 2-3" is located in the village of Cala D'Or on Spain's island of Majorca and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 30 m² apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and an air conditioning unit in the living room.  
  
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, an open terrace and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The accommodation also features a private uncovered terrace.  
  
Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 177m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 152m.Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 248m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 197m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 600m Cala Esmeralda. Distance to the airport: 57.1km Palma de Mallorca Airport.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.  
  
Pets are not allowed.  
  
Air conditioning is not available in the bedrooms.  
  
The property is divided in 2 floor by a spiral staircase. For this reason the apartment is not recommended for children.  
  
Bed sheets and towels are included in the price per night. Guests can request a free replacement of bedsheets and towels after the 7th night of stay.  
  
There is one baby cot and high chair available only under request.  
  
Only the guests that appear in the original booking will be admitted in the apartment. In case of other external guests coming into the apartment all guests will be asked to immediately leave the property.

#### Cute appartement but moldy

the apartment is pretty and cute located. The smell when we opend the door was moldy and wet. Also the bedshets and towels were a little wet and smeld moldy. We told the owners but didnt get an answere.
