Ideal apartment for families, in a quiet environment and close to the beaches!

  • Spacious apartment (130 m2) located in a very quiet residential area. It occupies the entire second floor of a single-family home. The beaches of Mataleñas (10 minutes) and Sardinero (15 minutes) are within walking distance, making it ideal for families or groups of people who want to enjoy the summer in a peaceful setting.
    From the apartment, it’s a pleasant walk to the Las Mataleñas area, home to the Cabo Mayor Lighthouse, where you can enjoy views of the Cantabrian Sea. That area also features a large park overlooking the sea, complete with tables for outdoor dining and playgrounds for children.

We had a lovely stay in Santander. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious; there were 6 of us traveling together, and it never felt crowded or closed in. It's also in a great location, within walking distance to a grocery store, beach, golf course, and some walking paths, which we appreciated. Due to the heat, we slept with the windows open, and it was a bit noisy at night, with considerable car and street activity. Not a big deal if you're used to city life, otherwise I'd recommend bringing earplugs (some of us did and had no problem). Johnny was a great host, timely with communication, and gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do during our stay.
