La ubicación del apartamento era perfecta, un sitio idílico, y el propio apartamento estaba completamente nuevo perfectamente dotado en un lugar muy tranquilo. Aunque la zona por lo general, cosa de una temperatura agradable en días de intenso calor, sería necesario algún tipo de climatización
