    Located 400 meters from the first beach of Sardinero (the Grand Casino of Santander).
    The area is very quiet and sunny and has all the necessary services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants ...
    The apartment is all exterior, facing South and is completely renovated and equipped with all the necessary utensils to live and also has large closets and TV in all rooms.

Acogedor y bien situado

El apartamento es perfecto para 5 personas. Está bien situado en la ciudad, nosotros fuimos andando tanto a la playa como al centro la mayoría de veces. Lo malo es que para llegar a la zona hay cuestas pronunciadas. Bien equipado, buena comunicación con los propietarios.

Piso de estudiantes

El piso estaba muy sucio, había mucho polvo, y especialmente la cocina tenía mucha grasa y los muebles rotos. El piso en general olía a moho al llegar, y de hecho había moho en el techo del salón. Uno de los armarios, el del dormitorio principal, olía a orín de gato. Se lo dijimos a los dueños y vino la limpiadora al día siguiente. La comunicación con ellos fue buena, sin embargo la relación calidad precio es nefasta. Es un piso de estudiantes claramente, con muebles de muy mala calidad en los dormitorios y en la cocina. Pero con 4 televisores de última generación, eso sí.

Estuve con 4 amigos en el piso de Gabi durante la semana grande. Muy buena localización, muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Además fueron muy puntuales a la hora de darnos las llaves y nos trataron fenomenal. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
