"Property was in a great location, clean, welcoming, and a bargain. Slightly difficult to find the first time then was easy sailing. Communication from host was top notch. Only difficulty i experienced was adjusting to the height of ceilings. I struck my head routinely on the sloped ceilings, between rooms, and especially bathroom. I am approximately 71.5 inches/182cm for reference. My daughter at 63 inches/160cm was fine. All in all we enjoyed our stay!"

"Staff were very friendly! Entertainment and food were fabulous. Pool spotless, great to see the manager being there on the complex walking around observing. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were charming and nothing too much for them. With the facilities, we were disappointed on first day to have no aircon in our room, heard others had same problem with this. We were moved to different room same day but it meant we lost time unpacking and packing again. Overall the stay was so lovely and we would recommend this hotel. We certainly will be returning."

The gardens are spectacular, the swimming pools clean and the staff very obliging, the only thing we didn't like was having to walk 150 m on a public road to get to the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast, which was under invested and lacklustre Young Rodrigo behind the bar at reception would be a serious asset to any business."

"Reid’s is a beautiful property with multiple pools and diving access to the ocean. Our stay involved changing rooms ( not the hotels fault), and not all rooms are the same. The first room had a walk in shower but the second room had a very slippery tub shower. There was construction going on during our stay that made for noisy afternoons. The food was really good and there are multiple restaurants, however, I would reserve a table in advance of your stay to guarantee your spot at dinner. The service was exceptional."

We had several messages from Hyatt prior to arriving, asking if we wanted to select a specific room...It would have been far more useful if they had asked us what restaurant we wanted to book for our first 2 nights...there was no availability when we checked in."
