"We had a great time at this villa! The house was very clean and the furniture was really nice. The pool was big and we had a lot of fun swimming and relaxing there. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The villa is in a quiet area, but it's only a 20-minute drive to some beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and had so much fun—it’s a perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation. I would definetly recommend and visit again."

Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"The villa was presented spotlessly clean, and everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. Even the excellent BBQ has been positioned with thought, so you are in the shade if cooking from...

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"Waren im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden, hatten zwei große Hunde dabei, durften leider nicht in den Pool, kann man aber auch verstehen. Kaution war mit 500€ zwar etwas hoch, bekamen es aber wieder vollständig zurück. Ich glaube die Vermieter haben da mal schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Ist etwas abgelegen, genau sowas haben wir gesucht, man hat seine Ruhe."

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

This is a magical gem

"Hotel Istra - is simply magic. RIGHT on the water (unlike most of the other hotels). Everyone who worked at the hotel was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. The dinner buffet had lots of options for everybody and the beets were particularly incredible. We loved it here so much we are going to stay another night on our way back to Dubrovnik. "

"One of our favorite hotels of our trip. Excellent location along the ocean walk with easy access to the ocean and a very nice pool. Lots of pool chairs available and very family friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with everything you could possibly imagine. The staff were extremely helpful and Nice. Parking was easy. Short 20 minute walk into town. Views from the rooms were incredible. We extended our stay with a late check out, which was amazing because it allowed us to explore the area with a quick drive over to Rovinj without having to worry about parking or luggage security. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"
