In a courtyard of cca 150 m2 we offer an 1798 build old stone holiday home which was renovated in 2017 to incorporate modern conveniences such as WIFI, flat screen TV with built in satellite connection and air conditioning.

House Vita is 80m2 large and has 2 bedrooms, (1 x double & 1 x twin) with shower room and extra wc plus kitchen/diner and living room There is an additional living room on the ground floor with two more sleeping thanks the sofa bed and it's own bathroom with shower
In the village of Glavani within 20km of Pula and10km from the Adriatic coast. Enclosed courtyard garden with barbecue and new saltwater pool with massage and garden furniture.

Wunderschöner Aufenhalt
Schade das man nur 5 Sterne geben kann, wir haben unseren Aufenhalt bei Dino sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber, alles ordentlich und alles vorhanden es man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt! Die Esel, Kühe und Hühner in der Nachbarschaft haben den Aufenthalt für unsere Kinder unvergesslich gemacht. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto aber alles (Strand, einkaufen) in guten 20 min erreichbar! Dino war ein toller Gastgeber der immer mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stand! Vielen Dank Dino für unseren tollen Urlaub

Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön, alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Haus an sich ist aber super. Supermärkte und gute Restaurants sind in 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, der Strand innerhalb von ca. 18 Minuten. Dino ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und gut erreichbar wenn Fragen bestehen. Auch eine Abreise in den frühen Morgenstunden ist bei ihm kein Problem 😃

Wir waren 4 Tage in Dinos schönem Haus, wären gerne noch länger geblieben ;-) Alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, toller Pool zum erfrischen …perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub! Im Landesinneren und trotzdem nicht sehr weit (ca. 20min) zu schönen Stränden….

Schmuckstück abseits des Trubel
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Dinos bezauberndem Steinhaus, alles ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ausreichend vorhanden, die Matratzen sehr bequem. Toll, dass es eine Klimaanlage gibt und auch die Einliegerwohnung fand unser 16- jähriger super. Der Kontakt vorab und während des Aufenthalts war zeitnah und unkompliziert. Toll waren die Riesenschale Gemüse und der Abschiedsschnaps- Danke dafür. Einzig die direkte Umgebung hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt und hätten sie uns anders gewünscht. Hierfür kann allerdings keiner was, in der Anzeige steht alles genau so beschrieben wie vorgefunden. Wir sind sehr erholt und entschleunigt nach Hause gekommen, perfekt!

Top Unterkunft
Wunderbares Haus mit toller Außenanlage und Top Pool. Zentral im Süden Istriens gelegen erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die schönen Küsten Städte Istriens. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Ort und mann kann toll relaxen. Es gibt gutes W-Lan und Smart TV, Klimaanlage funktioniert Top. Wir waren mit einem Großen Hund im Urlaub, das Gelände ist ausbruchssicher.Dino ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hilft einem, wo er kann Danke für den tollen Urlaub Dino

Ein wunderschönes sauberes Haus, mit tollem Salzwasserpool.Es ist etwas abgelegen von den nächst größeren Städten.Rund ums Haus gibt es viele Tiere zu bestaunen . Leider aber auch viele Fliegen .Wer es ruhig und ländlich mag, ist hier genau richtig .

Wundervoller Urlaub
Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Sonne und Pool in einem wunderschön hergerichteten und mit mehr als allem, was man braucht, ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mag, von dem aus die schönsten Ecken Istriens gut erreichbar sind, ist hier genau richtig. Danke, Dino, für deine Gastfreundschaft.

Schönes Steinhaus auf dem Land
Die Villa Vita ist ideal für Ruhesuchende. Das Haus ist idyllisch auf dem Land gelegen, wo man ab und zu einen Esel hören kann, was, wen man mit Kindern reist, ein absolutes Highlight ist. Im untersten Stock befindet sich ein kleines Apartment mit Bad, Kühlschrank, Schlafcouch und TV, was ideal ist, um Teenager oder andere Gäste unterzubringen, wenn man als Gruppe reist. Der Außensitzplatz ist überdacht und ausgestattet mit einem Waschbecken, sowie mit Tisch und Stühlen, um die schöne Abende beim Grillen zu genießen und auf den schönen Salzwasser Pool zu schauen. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und ist mit Herz eingerichtet. Im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich Küche, Bad, Wohn- und Essbereich, im oberen Stockwerk zwei Schlafzimmer und ein separates WC. Dino hat und sehr herzlich empfangen und uns noch Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Noch dazu wurden wir mit kroatischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht, das war wirklich einmalig. Ein schöner Urlaub, wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
