"This is our third time staying here. We love how spacious the units are and that they have most of the amenities you need for the kitchen and bathroom. The ice buckets are missing the plastic liners (we washed ours with soap and water beforehand) and the ice machine is not convenient to access at all, but that's minor. The biggest complaint is that on Sundays the activities/access to the recreation areas end at 5 pm. We were only there 2 nights, Sunday being one of them, and it seems to me that a lot of people would be there on a Sunday night for a long weekend, so maybe closing early -- if it has to happen at all -- should be on a Monday or Tuesday night? Otherwise we find the area to be peaceful and relaxing. We'll be back! FYI: if you need urgent care or an emergency dept, as someone in our group did, you are not close to those kinds of facilities. The Ramona urgent care isn't open at all on Sundays (& may have limited hours Mon-Sat), so you could be a minimum of a half hour away from any kind of urgent/emergency care."

"What a pleasant surprise! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at OH. Beautiful rooms and a fantastic deck with views of the orchards. We also appreciated the small details included like the charcuterie board and breakfast basket!"

"The best VRBO rental we've ever had! Rick was excellent with communicating everything we needed to know. He even followed up with us after our first night to see if everything was acceptable or if we needed anything. The cabin was quiet, immaculate and a real gem."

"What can I say, we stay here for the night at least a couple times a year being a short distance from Palm Desert home. Super friendly staff, clean, peaceful times by the pool before heading to dinner somewhere. Ice machine always working, nice basic breakfast, easy parking. Keep doin yo thang, BSI!~"

"15 mins away from Julian, this place was a great place to stay with good views of the lake. Very relaxing stay with comfortable beds, the balcony we had was a great plus! The room was clean, staff was very helpful (Sarah) and their masseuse Amy was amazing."

"The Julian Lodge is an amazing place to stay at. The gentleman at the front desk was a genuine pleasure to speak with, and made us feel welcomed the second we walked into the office. Check in was super simple, and they gave us the option between one or two keys for the room. The room itself (we stayed in the Deluxe King room) was very spacious yet super cozy at the same time. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge was provided, as well as a microwave and coffee which turns out was free! The bathroom came with some pretty good quality hair and body products as well as make-up removing wipes and even a citrus lotion. Overall, I would 100% recommend the Julian Lodge to anybody when they stay at Julian. Perfect for short or long stays alike!"
