Villa Bolina has large and welcoming outdoor spaces such as a very spacious and well-kept lawn adorned with decorative plants and entirely surrounded by a hedge which gives the property great confidentiality and privacy. In addition, villa Bolina has a wonderful fully equipped outdoor veranda with a very comfortable corner sofa and armchairs that allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in company while admiring the wonderful sea view framed by a bougainvillea pergola with intense aromas. Also in the rear part of the property it is possible to find a comfortable and large patio equipped with a hob and barbecue, as well as a large table and a peninsula for pleasantly having meals outdoors. The kitchen also provides access to the veranda at the rear. On the same floor, you’ll find the sleeping area, easily accessible directly from the open space.
