Arranged on two floors, the residence has flats that are arranged around a beautiful swimming pool, designed for the enjoyment of adults and children.  
  
Although the flats are of the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.  
There is a penalty of 50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste. AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE: €2.00 per night.
