Average hotel. Good location.
Generally ok but my room was very small and an air conditioner was very old and very loud. Could't sleep at night because of that and when I turned it off it was too hot. Staff was nice but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Great Value in Baia Sardinia
Hotel is perfectly located, price point is excellent for the area, great value. Lots of free parking, good wifi signal around the property and in the guestroom. The breakfast that is included has a lot of selection: deli meats, cheese, hardboiled eggs, cereals, fruits, pastries, juice, the coffee is a machine that offers various selections (quality could be better). The hotel is cute, rooms were decorated simply and were spacious. The bathroom and television was dated. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the main piazza--shopping, restaurants, lots of beaches nearby, the supermarket is right across the street. we had a double room, the only downside was the bed was two singles joined together, so you could feel the seam but other than that it was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Hotel being updated.Fresh bedding&towels everyday.Staff can't fault,they will help you with any problems big or small. Typical Italian ambiance with very few English which I like. Supermarket open all day in August with other shops. Close to bus stop,take Sunlines ( public bus) for 5.00 Euros (single) would recommend with fantastic views of this part of the island .Get off in Olbia and visit the town here you'll find a craft market,enjoy an ice cream or maybe lunch. We used this service again returning to the airport the journey costs 6.00 Euros (single) and takes 1 hr. A market is held every Tuesday morning and is close to the hotel.Information office close-by for day trips to the islands, bike-hire, scooter ect. If you've forgotten your flippers for snorkeling,hire is available with scuba diving too. Would recommend hire a car,book well in advance for better rates.There is no swimming pool although you can use the pool in the opposite hotel but at a cost, we did not use.The beach is very hectic so get their early or go after 2pm Otherwise it's finding a place on the rocks where you can snorkel and sunbath.Don't forget your water and snacks!!!. Very little evening entertainment, there is a disco near the hotel but the noise of the aircon drowns it out.

Easy access to town and beaches, friendly staff
The hotel was in a great location for access to town and beaches. I did find the beds very hard, therefore uncomfortable and our aircon didn't work the first night. This was quickly rectified by the staff. It was extremely noisy from about 12-4am due to night club closely, so bring earplugs. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great location, dated facility.
This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient (stores 50m away, easy access to the beach, free parking, restaurants nearby). The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However... over the past few years the rooms got only one upgrade - the safety deposit boxes have been installed in each room. The AC was not working properly. It was loud and barely blowing the air. Washroom blind was dirty. Dust under the beds. Breakfasts (in the past creatively prepared by a senior staff member, unfortunately he has left 3 Botti) changed dramatically. The meals were very basic and not so fresh (i.e. croissants). Overall - great disappointment...

Good value Hotel for those on a certain budget.
We enjoyed our stay at 3 Botti. There's a beach within 5 mins walk and for the price it's great value. Clean rooms, good breakfast, good bar, shops just over the road. We couldn't complain. Some people like a pool but you shouldn't visit the beautiful Island of Sardinia if you need a swimming pool... The beaches are world class.

DONT STAY HERE
Don't stay here this hotel is AWFUL we had so much trouble with it and had to leave early because the air con wouldn't work kept us awake all night, the towels were dirty and most of all the staff were so rude and unhelpful this is a short review but a true one don't stay here if you want to enjoy your holidays.

If your looking for relaxation escape to the beach
Highly recommend this hotel even if your travelling alone.I found the front of house staff,day/night extremely friendly. I did incur a few problems nothing major with the help of the staff they were quickly rectified. Breakfast was a selection buffet style catering for most tastes.There was always someone to take care of any wishes,questions. I would recommend speaking Italian is definitely the way forward.With my mixture of Spanish and German I managed to communicate.Shortly before my holiday I tried to learn the basics which did help. Located near the hotel is a selection of shops,purchases can be made at an inexpensive cost to re-stock your fridge found in every room.Beware..fridge contents is not free,I took everything out. The rooms were cleaned every day if you needed anything extra they would do there best. I also had access to their lap-top so general communication was maintained as my son promptly told me he'd sold the house...joke. Although the hotel is set back from the road it can be a little noisy so I would recommend your room be at the back. The actual rooms are of a staggered design as you will see on their web-site. Eating out can be expensive so do your homework first.The cost of a beverage can vary,cocktails were expensive. There was no entertainment at the hotel but you could hear music playing along the promenade.Otherwise a short drive away there were bars and discos for the younger generation.

Affordable hotel in nice resort
Hotel Tre Botti represented good value for money at Baia Sardinia on the Costa Smeralda. Pleasant, clean rooms. Decent buffet style breakfast. About 500m from beach and main square with shops / restaurants. Supermarket over road and sister hotel with swimming pool also just over road. Friendly staff. The housekeeper even brought us some cake!

Nice hotel close to 2 beaches
Hotel is walking distance to 2 beaches, around 10min walk. The room is standard, however their AC unit wasn't working throughout. They did try too fix it on a daily basis but was never successful. This led to very hot nights. That's the only downer. It is a 5min walk from a supermarket so you can stock up on snacks and drinks.

Great location
This is a lovely welcoming hotel. Sardinia is a beautiful place and this hotel was an ideal location for my 2 year old daughter and me. Although there's no pool, there are two beaches within walking distance, both stunning with great places to eat. There are many restaurants and a few gift shops on one particular beach. I can't fault the food. There's a supermarket across the road which meant I could buy nappies as the baggage restriction on the airline meant I couldn't bring many. The hotel staff organised transfers from the airport for me which made life very easy. I'd definitely go again.

Location was great: a couple of minutes walk from a lovely beach (though it cost 20 euro to hire two sundbeds and an umbrella) and ten minutes from the bigger beach at Baia Sardinia (same cost ). The hotel was, however, on quite a busy road and if you were not at the back of the hotel there would be significant traffic noise. The staff in the hotel were lovely, especially Ignazio, who looked after us so well, particularly when my daughter was unwell and we couldn't go out to eat. He also did transfers for us at a lower cost than a taxi. The only negative thing was that because the hotel doesn't have a pool, which we knew, you have to use the one at the hotel across the road. It is not free of charge, as it said in the description at the time we booked, because the owner has decided that he wants to charge 5 euro, which includes a soft drink but if you want towels you have to hire them at another 5 euro. We were unaware of this and just helped ourselves to towels and the next time we went, he charged us 10 euro for two soft drinks. When I queried it, he told me that it was 5 euro for the morning and 5 for the afternoon, even though he himself had previously told us the cost was 5 euro for the day. He got quite stroppy and was very unfriendly - maybe give the pool a miss and use the beach but take your own towels. Overall we had a great holiday and would go back to the area but probably not to the hotel because of the pool situation.

Another great stay....
Third time have stayed at Tre Botti and again, had a very pleasant stay. I am familiar with the surrounding area - so great place to use as a base and then go out and about from there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will probably be going back in September! Grazie mille!

Be careful - discription of Hotel is not true
It was horrible. The rooms smell really bad, it is hardly possible to sleep with an open window as there is a discotheque next door, after changing the rooms we slept next to the main road - better but still not good enough to properly sleep. Furthermore the Hotel is completely run down, carpets are dirty and everything pretty much falling apart. The pool which is shown on the picture belongs to the Hotel next door and is only accesible for 10 Euros per person per day.......That says all - breakfast and receptionist were the only thintg which was OK! DONT BOOK HERE!

friendly hotel for couples
staff were very pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble (despite arrival being delayed by 12 hours). Breakfast buffet very extensive, including freshly cooked omelettes every day! Easy to find, close to several beaches (5 - 20 minutes walk) and near to a range of restaurants and small shops, with super market opposite - handy for prepared rolls for lunch.

Great location for the beach
Very friendly and helpful staff, well located for beaches and within walking distance to Baia Sardinia for local restaurants and shops, my time at Hotel Tre Botti all but went far too quickly! A very tranquil hotel, clean and simple.. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others!!

Very pleasant
The hotel is well appointed and the staff are very friendly. Most rooms have excellent views over the sea, with some stunning scenery. The hotel does not have a pool (although facilities are available at a neighboring hotel) but does have good sun decks. The beach in Baja Sardinia is 500 metres away. The village is small with only a handful of restaurants. There is a Spar and a small shopping arcade next to the hotel.

Struttura gradevole e dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pulizia nelle camere ottima. Gentilezza alla reception e ampio parcheggio dell'hotel a disposizione dei clienti. Le camere in alto sono senz'altro gradite, unica pecca è la scalinata non del tutto agevole.

Отель в целом понравился, его можно рекомендовать к отдыху не только на одну, две ночи. Очень удобно расположен: рядом автобусная остановка (объездить можно все вокруг!), собственная большая парковка, магазин, поблизости много кафе и ресторанов, несколько выходов на разные пляжи. По утрам накрываются отличные для Сардинии завтраки – йогурты, яйца, нарезка сырная и мясная, разнообразная выпечка, большой выбор фруктов, кофе, чай, соки. Обслуживающий персонал вежлив, улыбчив и профессионален, делает все, чтобы отдых в отеле постояльцам понравился. Хромает, по-моему, мнению комфорт в номере, а именно: плохая звукоизоляция, отсутствие верхнего света, грохот работающего кондиционера и наличие второй раковины в туалетной комнате в одноместном номере (не будь ее, подход к душу был бы намного удобнее). Да, в номере не находишься круглосуточно и поэтому на настроение и отдых это не влияло. 11 дней в этом отеле пролетели стремительно!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Garten. Frühstücksbüffet mit super Auswahl und Blick aufs Meer! Sauberkeit war ok die Handtücher wurden täglich ausgewechselt. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, haben uns allgemeln wohl gefühlt.

Location in un posto strategico con grande parcheggio: Camere in buone condizioni tenute pulite con cambi biancheria giornaliera: Unici punti negativi sono: posizione un po' scomoda perché bisogna salire a piedi e condizionamento rumoroso in quanto fatto con fan-coil vecchio tipo. Per il resto, personale gentile e colazione all'italiana con tanto caffè, latte e cornetti oltre frutta yogurt e formaggio/prosciutto cotto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Struttura in ottima posizione, a 300 metri dal centro e 200 dalla spiaggia Porto Sole, la più vicina. La struttura, anche se un po' datata, è bella ed è caratteristica, adagiata sulla collina con vista sul mare; ogni camera ha il bagno, la TV, l'aria condizionata e l'ingresso indipendente, cioè si è liberi di fare quello che si vuole. La colazione all'italiana è abbondante (cornetti-fette biscottate-succhi vari- torte-pane bianco e paninetti da tostare-yogurt). Il personale tutto è disponibile, gentile e di estrema cortesia, al quale va il mio plauso. Lo consiglio! Consiglio anche di noleggiare un'auto all'aeroporto di Olbia per visitare tutta la Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo è a 7 Km., Cala Volpe a 20 e Porto Rotondo a circa 30, Golfo Aranci non è lontano), tutta la costa è comunque bellissima ed unica, da vedere! Consiglio anche di fare il giro in motonave dell'arcipelago de La Maddalena, per visitare isole e spiagge con acque color turchese e smeraldo (Caprera-La Maddalena-Spargi, che ha una spiaggia mozzafiato-Santa Maria-Budelli, che ha la famosa spiaggia rosa), il costo è di circa 100,00 Euro per 2 persone con pranzo a bordo.=
