"The property did not match the listing or expectations. Several advertised amenities were unavailable or blocked off with caution tape, and there were multiple maintenance issues, including broken cabinets, problems in the bathroom accompanied by a strong sewage/rotten egg odor, and a refrigerator that worked intermittently, which could be an issue if you plan to store groceries.Cleanliness was a MAJOR concern. It appeared the home had not been properly cleaned between guests, we found used washcloths, personal items left behind, and overall poor sanitation.There were also cameras positioned toward outdoor areas such as the pool, which raised privacy concerns during our stay.Based on our experience, I strongly recommend thoroughly documenting the condition upon arrival, as the property and listing may not align. We were very disappointed with our stay."

"Communication with the host was very good. We loved the spacious home and it’s situated in a great location- we loved being able to walk to some local shops, restaurants and the little local brewery.Main areas were nice and clean but I would recommend a deep clean as there was a lot of dust and debris on the shelf behind the bed and a mouldy coffee filter left in the coffee maker as an example."

"Not worth the money I payed"

"Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels were available. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio furniture on the patio area. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"We had a great stay! The orchard was beautiful and the oranges were exceptional! The tennis court was a little too short to play tennis but overall a tremendous property!"

"This place was stunning! We had so much fun. We went for my birthday party as a group of 14 people and this was enough space for us all. It was rainy a couple of the nights we were there so the hot tub was super nice! With it being the off season we could've paid to heat the pool but decided against it. The pool was basically an ice bath but we made due. The biggest complaints we had about the space was the grill didn't really work and there wasn't enough kitchen towels. We made a lot of meals at the house and all the pans and utensils we needed were there. Evening the extra seasonings were nice. There just wasn't enough towels to keep up with all the dishes we were making. I would absolutely stay here again though. I slept in the primary bedroom and it was gorgeous. It doesn't really show but one of the other rooms is basically another primary that's just a little smaller. It worked out great for the 2 birthday people to get their own space. The game room was also super cool! We loved love loved the view. Thanks to the hosts for always being so responsive!"

"We had a fantastic time. Very spacious, beautiful kitchen, we particularly loved all the outdoor spaces. Wish there had been more dish soap and some of the outdoor heaters were difficult to work with, but all in all we loved it."
