With the privacy of 5 acres, this Palm Springs-inspired house has everything for an unforgettable vacation. Take in the absolutely stunning wine country views from the saltwater pool (heated to the high 80’s year-round) and spa. Enjoy movie night on a 75" 4K TV with comfy seating for 10. Play pool, and mix drinks at the 2 bars. Enjoy nearby famous wineries and fabulous hiking/biking trails. Or, sit outside just after sunset and listen to the faint sounds of the horses whinnying in the valley.

Outside: Perched on the hilltop, the backyard has views for miles across vineyards, horse stables, and rolling countryside. With a 5 acre lot, the home has an enormous amount of privacy. No other houses on the hill are visible from the backyard. The large, saltwater pool is heated year round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming . An in-ground spa connects to the pool. There are also 8 pool loungers and two umbrellas that surround the pool. Additionally, there is an outdoor table and chairs for 4 with umbrella.

Living Room: Directly inside from the pool is the living room. In addition to sharing the pool's spectacular views, it has two comfy areas for relaxing and gathering. Couches and accent chairs (easy seating for 10 adults) surround a 75" TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. The living room also hosts one of the two bars in the house. There is a piano that you are welcome to use; it is fully functional (but not recently tuned).

If you need to work, the home is equipped with Gigabit wireless internet throughout. Two of the bedrooms have desks with chairs. The dining room, 2 bars, and kitchen island with counter stools host a variety of options for comfortable laptop spaces.

Family Room: The family room is continuous with the kitchen. It hosts the house's second bar and a 9' long pool table.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses - all for 12 people. There are several serving dishes to make large meals fun (and beautiful).

Dining Room: The large dining room table comfortably fits 10 people, and can accommodate up to 12 (12 chairs are provided).

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is above the living room, sharing its breathtaking views. There is a large ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks. The master bedroom also hosts a daybed that can be extended to a queen bed (linens provided).

Guest Bedrooms: In the left wing, there are 3 additional bedrooms, each with a single king beds. Two of the rooms have desks. This wing also has two full bathrooms, both hallway accessible.
