Chuncanitos is a suite with a gallery and private grill. Located in the La Hungria neighborhood, under native trees and views of the mountains. It is a very peaceful place, where the singing of birds reigns. It is 800m from the Santa Rosa River and 2000m from the city center, so if you are looking for a quiet place but not far from the center, this is the right place. The suite was completed in January 2024, is ready to move in and is fully equipped.
We are a family, with two children, our chuncanitos. It is our first family project. Both with different professions, Juan Arquitecto Urbanista and Ivana Odontologa, but with folklore as a shared root. We know the Calamuchita valley since we are born and raised in this beautiful place, welcome to our 1st Chuncanito in the beloved Santa Rosa de Calamuchita
La Hungria is a residential neighborhood that is 2km from the center, this makes it a quiet place but with the possibility that in 5 minutes you will find yourself in our colorful center. The neighbors are friends and the families of the neighborhood are mostly acquaintances of this city that still breathes "village" air. A few blocks away you can find the Estancia de la Hungria, a few meters away the provincial nursery, the horseback riding area, the Santa Rosa River with its multiple spas and the municipal sports training center where you can access the Olympic pool between other activities.
