THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE GARAGE WILL BE CLOSED FOR 3 WEEKS STARTING 12/1/25. DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE OVERFLOW GRAVEL LOT JUST OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

Hold on to your beach towels. Walking into the soaring and grand atrium to check in, you feel like you are on a cruise ship. The Blue Mountain Beach Condominium juts out onto Blue Mountain Beach reminiscent of the bow of a ship slicing through the ocean waves.
Stepping over the threshold of this South Walton vacation rental, you are drawn to your balcony. This comfortable and spacious destination opens out to tree-lined, shaded walkways that lead you past the sparkling community pool, through the dedicated beach access, to the famous Emerald Coast beach.
The elegant coastal décor echoes the emerald green waters and sugar-white sands a few steps outside. This three-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental sleeps eight and features a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, laundry, and comfortable seating area to gather at the end of the perfect Florida beach vacation day.
The Blue Mountain Beach Condominium also has a fitness center, community grills, and free seasonal beach service. There are many outstanding local eateries and activities along 30A when you take a break from beach time. You have arrived for your perfect family beach vacation.

Although this building is directly on the beach, this condo's view showcases the beautiful wildlife.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The property is beautiful and quiet. The perfect place for our family to stay. We stayed during spring break season, and it was just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to plenty of good places to eat and visit. We will be back!

Beautifully decorated condo on the beach!

This unit was first rate and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with nice furniture. The private beach and umbrella/chairs were a real plus. We loved having a gated garage for our car. The lobby, opened for gatherings, was welcoming. We appreciate the owners opening their condo to us!

Wonderful family getaway! Would stay again!

Clean, convenient, and quiet! We had the best fall break vacation and would definitely stay here again. Easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants and Blue Mountain Creamery. Communication with property management was seamless and everything was as described! Only critique would be the beach chair rentals were set up on top of each other so you didn't have much privacy, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We found this condo to visit in late April/early May and were blown away with how perfect this fit our family. The layout was spacious and updated, the amenities were lovely (pool, hot tub, beach chair setup, under building parking), and the location was wonderful to easily access so many things nearby (restaurants, parks, shopping, Seaside entertainment). And the beach was so beautiful, quiet and clean. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time here! The pool was closed much of the time for a maintenance issue (lighting) that seemed easy to fix but somehow was a problem for the full time. We signed up for beach chairs but when we got there the person operating the service at the beach said their system was “glitchy.” He did get us chairs, but in a second row. There is a very small portion of beach allotted to these condos for a big group of people. We tried to sit on the edge so my yung kids could play in the water, but the security guard from the neighboring condo threatened to call the police because my children were playing in the sand a foot over the “line.” Most of the outlets in the condo do not work. However, the condo is clean, it’s a great location, and we enjoyed ourselves. I would say make sure to bribe the beach chair guy early on so you can have a spot on the beach (that is what other people who were at the beach said they had to do) . I think the pool issue is temporary. We went over New Years at a different condo in the same building and it was awesome. Heads up- there are no kitchen supplies so if you want to cook, bring what you need!

Nice location with a beautiful beach, clean condo with lots of room. The beds were a bit hard for us. There are lots of code numbers to remember for doors and gates. The rental managers were very helpful in handling any issues. The pool is very small compared to other condos I have rented.

Beautiful condo !! We loved our stay and enjoyed the beach so much ! There were no oven mits in the Kitchen so I would definitely suggest adding a few of those. And maybe a crock pot . Other than those two items , we found everything that we needed was supplied.

Wonderful accommodations!

I was hesitant staying here because there were no reviews but I'm glad we did. The condo was very clean and much larger than we expected and was stocked well. We rarely heard anyone else. Parking was super easy. The pool and beach were an easy 5 minute walk and it was so nice having chairs, a table, and umbrella available to reserve. One downside - if you want a front row spot you have to sign up at the beach early in the morning (around 6:30am).
