From the moment you step inside, warm natural light, elegant décor, and an open, airy layout invite you to slow down, breathe deep, and truly unwind. The chef-inspired kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with high-end appliances and generous counter space perfect for everything from laid-back breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Just off the dining area, a sleek wet bar with wine fridge sets the stage for evening cocktails, while the cozy living room—with its plush seating and inviting fireplace—beckons you to curl up and relax after a day in the sun. Outside, thoughtful community amenities make it easy for everyone to find their happy place. Three sparkling pools offer space to splash, swim, or lounge the day away, and the exclusive poolside cabana beside two of the pools is a game changer—an ideal spot for kids to cool off, nap, or play while adults enjoy time by the water with a little extra peace of mind. When you’re ready for the beach, a private boardwalk leads you over the dunes to the sugar-white sand and gentle Gulf waves. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!
