Small and quaint, close to 30A beaches and not too far from Destin or PCB. Loading dock a short walk away from the tiny home if you’re looking to load a boat or just take out a kayak. My only complaint would be the bugs and the beds weren’t very comfortable. Quite a few creepy crawlers lurking around inside the home, but it is backed to the woods so it’s to be expected, and the mattresses seemed a bit thin. I also wish there was a broom or some cleaning supplies to clean the counters after use. Overall, we enjoyed this tiny home! The price and location were very hard to beat. ##### Ashley H. The necessities were well stocked. The parking was perfect for our 21ft boat. The boat ramp is so close to the house, and both 30A and Destin are not too far. The couple hiccups we had were dealt with promptly and they communicated via telephone very easily. The biggest issue for us was the bugs. There were roaches on the floors and a couple tiny ones were found on the counter top and wall. Even with the home being backed up to a wooded area, we believe it could be sprayed for better control.
