    A rare two-bedroom on the west end of 30A: single-level and step-free, sized for four people who would rather spend the money on the week than the square footage.

    King and queen, private deck, golf cart and bikes included. Dune Allen beach access a mile out. Our highest-rated home, and it is the layout that does it.

This bright, step-free, single-level home on the West End of 30A offers a tranquil yet convenient getaway. Step inside to a stylish open layout, where modern furnishings and colorful decor create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The exceptionally well-lit interiors, with white walls and light wood floors, feel bright and spacious, perfect for relaxation and quality time. Our cottage comfortably sleeps four guests. The serene master bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, both equipped with room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. The stylish kitchen boasts turquoise cabinets and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a delight. You'll also find an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, a dedicated workspace for any remote needs, and an electric indoor fireplace to add a cozy ambiance to your evenings. Relax on your private outdoor deck, or gather in the airy living spaces after a day of adventure.

    Important Information for your stay:
    Self Check-in: Enjoy easy and convenient keyless access upon arrival.
    Security: For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are present on the property, monitoring the exterior areas.
    * Parking: 2 vehicles MAX. Any vehicle parked on the street can be towed without warning.
    * Scheduling: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures our cleaning team has adequate time to perfectly prepare the home for every guest.
    * Golf cart: drivers must be 24+ and show a valid driver's license and proof of insurance to the third-party golf cart provider to get the key.

Very clean. For being close to a main road, the house felt very quiet with a pleasant walk to the beach. The deck and backyard were enclosed with trees and bushes that gave privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We booked this house as a last minute girls trip for my friend before surgery. The house was immaculate and beyond exceeded our expectations. The location is right on 30a and with the golf cart we were able to drive everywhere in it to access shopping in seaside, dinner in rosemary and grayton beach. The beach access is great and very easy to get to. September was beautiful weather, wasn’t as packed and overall just a beautiful trip. We even took a day trip to crab island which wasn’t far at all from where we stayed and the only time we truly drove our car anywhere. We had everything at the house we needed and we can’t wait to book this house again!
