The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. However, it seems that it isn’t maintained very well. Door code didn’t work and took a minute to get that resolved. Dishwasher didn’t work, and although they provide some paper plates and plastic ware , we had 10 adults and cooked nightly. It was a real inconvenience to hand wash dishes all week. WiFi was terrible, however they did come and fix it but it is so slow. Kitchen hood over stove dripped water, ceiling vent in hall bathroom dripped water the entire time. Freezer was missing a shelf. Dresser pulls missing on Master Bedroom downstairs, so you had to leave them pulled out some so you could access the drawers. Toaster didn’t work. We toasted with the oven. Alarm system cords and control is located near the ground outlet where small children can reach and unplug. Faucet in upstairs bathroom right sink handle is loose. Light above stove is out and flickers Wasp nest above front door. Recommend an additional lock or deadbolt on back door. The door is never locked from the inside making it easy for small children to open. If these things were all addressed and fixed it’s a great property. It’s a lot of small things and when you pay this much to stay you expect things to work. We didn’t let it ruin our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We just felt bad for the owners that so many things have been neglected. Now that off season is here, I’m sure it will all be fixed. I would stay again once repaired. ##### Heather W.
