This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests with its open concept and multiple living areas. There is a 2-car garage plus additional space for parking in the driveway. This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. Guest access The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park! The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads with no through traffic! The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. Other things to note \-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. \-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. WaterColor requires guest contact information for WaterColor wristband registration. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30. \-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. It's hard to find a place where everyone has their own space yet there's a super large gathering area for ,meals, card games, movie watching etc. Spotless , beautiful home with huge screened in back patio that's more like another room. Many times pictures are better than the actual home but this time it was the opposite! Truly can't go wrong renting this property. There are many options in 30A but not for us. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM. The loft was super hot when we checked in but was fine by the first morning. Our boys had to sleep on couches on other floors the first night. Pros: Close to everything. Easy walk or bike ride to all pools, beach, restaurants. Cons: No gym in Watercolor. The house only starts with a couple days supply of supplies (TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish, dishwasher, laundry soap). If you stay more than 2-3 days, be prepared to buy all these items.
