Park the car when you arrive and never move it again, as you can walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach in just a few minutes. This quaint beach cottage is located at 141 Smolian Circle on a corner lot and has ample porch space and a huge yard for the kids to play in. The entry door brings you into the kitchen area, which is equipped with high-end appliances and looks toward the open-concept dining and living area. The dining area has a large, round dining table with seating for seven, and the breakfast bar has barstools to seat three. The cozy living area has three comfortable sofas perfect for your group to sit, reconnect, and recharge. Walk through a set of French doors to the screened-in porch that overlooks the back courtyard. The porch features ample conversational seating and a bed swing and is the ideal place to watch the little ones play in the courtyard. The house is also equipped with a Culligan High Efficiency Water Softener system, which removes calcium, magnesium, and iron from the water. Just off the kitchen is a butler's pantry with an additional refrigerator that leads to one of the guest rooms that will be perfect for the younger members of your family. The room is outfitted with 2 sets of bunk beds and a full-sized Murphy bed that pulls down out of a built-in cabinet. (Sleeps 6 total) The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The second floor is where you will find 4 guest bedrooms, including the king primary, as well as the laundry room. At the top of the stairs, there is a bedroom with a twin bed. Just down the hall, there is a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a connecting door to a bathroom equipped with a single vanity and a stand-up shower. The third guest bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite private bathroom with a single vanity and a stand-up shower. The primary suite is located just down the hallway and has a king-sized bed. Step down into the primary bathroom, which has double vanities, a soaking bathtub, and a stand-up shower. Walk up the outdoor staircase to the 3rd-floor viewing tower, which provides 360-degree views of Seaside. Enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the sunset with a bird's eye view. This is sure to be one of your favorite locations in the home! The carriage house is located just inside the back courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay and the home is very nice. We came with both sets of parents and another older couple (all in 70's except us). House is much larger than it appears online. Walking distance to everything. Know that once you park, its hard to find parking if you bring an additional car. There are lots of stairs in the home so consider that too if you bring older parents. The house had everything we needed. The carriage house could use some updates (new mattress) but over all it was a nice retreat from the parents for my husband and I. We had an issue with the dishwasher, which they tried to fix immediately. Property management was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again with a younger group of friends (only because of all the stairs)! ##### Heather L. This house was a blessing to our family. We really enjoyed the big gathering space with open kitchen and living room and large round dining table. Lots of room for card games at the table and everyone gathering for a movie. The view from the crows nest was amazing. And the back porch was a great place for good conversations. I had my 3 adult, married children and their spouses all at the beach sharing it all. There was plenty of rooms and extra for kids naps, play rooms and places to get away from eachother for a bit of peace. It was enough room but still so homey and comfy. It was a truly answered prayer for us all. The management team was amazing. We needed a vacuum and they had a new one to me THE SAME DAY! ##### David S. We've stayed at many, many properties through the years and this has to be in the top three. Exceptional. Wonderful home - cozy corners, spacious areas for gathering and beautiful bedrooms. The location cannot be beat! In the center of all the Seaside fun and easy walk to the beach. It was truly an "Answered Prayer"! Have to give a shoutout to the property management company that helped us with the newly installed Sonos system (fantastic!!), and so kind, professional and quick when they had to deliver and install a replacement dryer. Great people to work with! Thank you to the homeowners for creating such a special place. We loved it! ##### Holly B. W4 we're a family group of nine - from grandparents to grandchildren. The house could have comfortably accommodated five more. As with any large residence, there were numerous issues that we needed assistance with over the Course of our weeks' stay. The property manager, Dune Vacation Rentals (specifically Perry Bilger and Alicia Hilyard), provided extraordinary service. They were professional, prompt, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. In our 40 year history of renting vacation homes, we have never encountered an organization operating to this high a standard. We would unequivocally recommend them, and any properties that they offer and manage. ##### Witt B. The yard is fenced and provided good play space. While the concept of being able to walk to beach, pool, etc. is nice we found it harrowing because of the crowds. Too many cars and too many teenagers in large groups on bikes. The only way we will visit again is in the off season! While the property mgmt was responsive, the dryer could not be fixed while we were there and I’m not sure anyone addressed the ceiling drip which thankfully stopped. The house had a lovely design and we enjoyed opening doors (minus a/c) to bring in the glorious spring weather. All the collected items used to decorate it were fun to explore but overallthe house needs some gentle, loving repair. ##### Beth Ann O. Darling spot from top to bottom. Everything we needed was there from big things to little details- room for 10+ people including teenagers who like to sprawl, beach towels, cookie sheets, coffee maker, two refrigerators and so many beach toys. Parking in the back of the house was great, and it was so close to the beach! Less than five minute walk- no need for a bicycle at all!
