- This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 2nd fl walk up condo offers open concept living room, full kitchen, and dining room with ample seating. This beautiful condo is located on the tranquil westend of Scenic Hwy 30A. If you are looking for a quieter area to unwind, yet close enough for a quick drive to the well known and loved Mirimar, Destin, Gulf Place, Seaside, Rosemary. TopSail Village 322 is located less than 1 mile from TopSail Hill Preserve State Park and within 3.5 miles of 4 other public beach accesses. And a community pool only steps away.

• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
NO PETS ALLOWED, Owner's Association does not allow them. Strict, owner's pets only.
