This place is perfect for a beach vacation! Within walking distance of breakfast, restaurants, and bars. The place was spotless clean and the bed was super comfortable! Wonderful private beach access right across the street. Would gladly stay here again!

Great Condo
Thank you so much for sharing this great condo on 30A. We had a great vacation week and enjoyed the home comfort of the condo very much. Loved the location and the beach!
It is a beautiful layout, very clean, and relatively quiet. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks. and a card is necessary for opening a private gate to gain beach access. The condo is located in a densely populated area. There are many excellent restaurants to enjoy, and beautiful seafood markets nearby if you love to cook while on vacation with freshly caught fish in the well-equipped kitchen,
Location, space, and experience was awesome!!! Only thing was smart TV was advertised but only had Cable- no streaming. I’d bring a Amazon Firestick next time, but truly everything else was a fantastic experience.
Having the ocean across the street on a private beach helped bring a relaxing vacation to the pinnacle of perfection. The accommodations were ideal for us. We made a few meals at the condo that was at times difficult to get moving for the day. We did activities up and down the coast, and really enjoyed each others company. Keep in mind we have been married 24 years. Thanks again for the memories.
My husband and I stayed a long weekend on 30A for a wedding at Old Florida Fish House, which was right down the road.
We had a little free time and loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. We both grew up going to PCB and I don’t think we will go back. We fell in love with 30A! The beach is so beautiful, I’m sure having private beach access contributes to that. The Perfect Pig and shops downstairs were also convenient. We went to Cafe Thirty A for dinner and absolutely loved it!
The condo was clean, close to so many restaurants and shops- just a quick drive down the beach to Seaside. We’ll definitely be back!

Great trip!!
Our family had a great trip to Seagrove!! It is a great condo for a small family. Our 9yr old loved it! Great location, great amenities! Very short walk to the private beach! Overall a super cute condo! High recommend it! We will be back!
My only recommendation would be to provide guests with the contact info of beach chair companies that will set up your beach chair/umbrella for you. There were 2 companies that provided this service while we were there.
We stayed for 5 days for my daughter’s graduation trip. The unit was super clean except for an old shower curtain, which was quickly replaced by the host without any hassle on our end. There were plenty of clean towels, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! Right across the street from the private beach access and walking distance from a few restaurants, everything was convenient, and we felt safe the entire time. The Perfect Pig (restaurant below unit) is delicious and staff is friendly! Be sure to call ahead to book beach chair/umbrella setup or you might not get one your first or second day. LDV is the company they use. This place was perfect, and we’d definitely go back!

The rental was clean and updated with some extras, such as a welcome basket. The vicinity to the beach was the best feature of the property. The pool was disgusting upon arrival; the manager was notified immediately but nothing was done about all the trash (bandaids, cans, UNDERWEAR!) for the whole week. Needless to say we didn’t use the pool because it was so unsanitary and unkept. The restaurant below the rental had good food but the staff and patrons took up a lot of the designated parking spots. Overall the condo was OK, especially for someone who is only interested in the beach. If you’re looking for a luxurious 30A vacation spot, this is not it.
Our stay at this property was amazing. This place is so close to the beach which made every day a beach day! We had a rental car, and so having a parking spot was a bonus. We only used the pool one afternoon after the beach, but it was clean and nicely kept.
The apartment has the bare minimum of what you need as far as meal prep items. Lots of pots and pans and cookware, but since this is run by a property management group, nothing gets left behind food wise. So, get all the things you'll need to do your meals (butter, olive oil, coffee, condiments)! There are no beach chairs or towels, bring your own or rent from the company at the beach!
The bed was comfortable, bathrooms very clean and the closet had lots of space to hang clothes which we took advantage of.
The TV has cable channels which is a nice perk and you can log into your streaming if you want!
All around this place had it all and we would 100% come back and recommend to any group of 2 or 4 looking for a fun 30A getaway. Since you're kind of right in the middle of it all it's easy to get to Grayton or PCB depending on what you feel!

Beautiful, large one-bedroom! The location is just across the street from the beach with restaurants and amenities close by. The noise from the guests on the floor above us was quite noticeable. No noise from the walls but we could hear every heavy footstep upstairs.
Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations that’s are right across the street from beach access. Must go down to the Perfect Pig for breakfast and lunch. This location has it all!
This was our first time in the 30a area and what a great experience! While we couldn’t find availability right on the water for our weekend, this was a great place. Directly across the street from the beach and conveniently just above a delicious restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if I go with 4 or less people.
