We have stayed. We love the proximity to Goatfeathers and in my opinion, the public beach is one of the best! Not packed, great beach, and the house is so close. We had a couple small issues come up while we were at the house (tv stopped working and fire alarm went off) and I was very impressed with the management company Oversee. They handled things very quickly and were extremely responsive. That has not been the case with many other management companies for properties. We have rented over the years. The location is amazing, short walk to beach, shared pool is a few short steps away. What is most impressive was the home itself. Newly renovated and the owners didnโ€™t miss a beat when it came to making this home exceptional! The beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were gorgeous.
